My age when I started engaging in social media and my experience

In a digital age such as this, age doesn't matter when it comes to using social media so far one has the experience. Me as a digital citizen I started engaging in social media since 2011 with 2go, then Facebook later that year. On a scale of 1-10, my experience was 4 at first i found it so challenging being that am a digital citizen not a digital native. But as time goes on I explore more and now I can proudly rate myself to 9.

My opinion on the right age for people to have access to social media

There is no specific age that is "right" for people to have access to social media. Social media platforms have their different minimum age requirements, which most require users to be at least 13 years old before creating an account. However, these age restrictions are not always effective, and many younger children still find ways to access social media. In my opinion i suggest that children should wait until they are emotionally mature enough to handle the potential negative effects of social media. The decision of when to allow a child access to social media should ultimately depend on the individual child's maturity, their ability to understand and follow online safety guidelines, and parental supervision and guidance. It is important to have open communication with children and teach them how to use social media in a responsible and safe manner.

My humble saying to people who are no longer responsible for managing their social media accounts

it's important to take ownership of your social media presence, even if you are not the one directly managing it. By staying aware and involved, you can ensure that your accounts are a true reflection of your brand and messaging.

My ideas on how to properly manage a social media account.

Properly managing a social media account requires a strategic approach and consistent effort. Here are some ideas to help you manage your social media account effectively:

• Define your brand's voice and personality: Before you start posting, define your brand's voice and personality. This will help you create a consistent tone across all your posts, making your account easily recognizable.

• Develop a strategy content: Develop a content strategy that is Inline with your brand's objectives and target audience. This will make your posts relevant and engaging, helping you build loyal followers.

• Post regularly: Being consistent is a necessity that mean you have to post on a regular basis and stick to your posting schedule. This will help your build strength and will keep your followers engaged.

• Engage with your followers: This platform is a two-way thing. So to keep your followers intact, make sure you engage with them by responding to comments, answering questions, and acknowledging their contributions.

• Use visuals: The use of visual content is more engaging than using text only. Use high-quality images, videos, and graphics to capture your audience's attention and keep them.

• Monitor and analyze your performance: Use analytics tools to monitor your performance and identify areas for improvement. This will help you refine your strategy and make data-driven decisions.

• Stay up-to-date with trends

• Be authentic: Finally, be authentic. People follow brands on social media because they want to connect with real people. Show your human side, be transparent, and build genuine relationships with your followers.

What do you think our future will be with this social media power?

The future with social media power will be shaped by a variety of factors, both positive and negative. As technology advances, we may see new forms of social media emerge, such as virtual reality platforms or augmented reality apps. We may also see increased regulation and oversight of social media companies to address issues related to privacy, data security, and content moderation. Our future with social media power will be shaped by how we use and regulate this powerful tool. It is up to us to harness its potential for good and address its negative impacts in order to create a more positive and equitable future.

Give the advantages and disadvantages of social media in your life.
