Powering Up/Diary Game Season 3/July 16, 2022/My 24 Hrs Fasting

Hello Steemians,

About two weeks ago my fasting buddy Yolly, challenge me and others to a 24 hrs of intermittent fasting on July 16, 2022, timing on my Birthday, ahahaha. And, I accepted it.

Yesterday we travelled before lunch time, me, hubby, our driver my son and his son our grandson. We have to submit the Soil Test Report to our client. Past 10am we passed by at Park Place an eatery beside the sea at the Municipality of San Fernando, the town before Carcar City. So, I ordered our food

and I declared to them that this was my last meal of the day because my 24 hrs fasting started after I eat. After eating as usual we passed by hubby's favorite coffee shop, Teology.

I ordered ice espresso as well to complete my last meal. They teased me If I can sustain the 24 hrs without food. I just laughed.

The clients house is on top of the mountain, the road is 45 degrees inclination and zigzag.

We were amaze with his location, over looking Cebu City. Here were my snapped up to the mountains and down the hills.

After a short chat with the client,my son slowly drive down the mountains.

We proceeded to Lapu-lapu City, hubby let me buy my birthday dress or top what ever I like because I did not finish the top I am crocheting I told him I missed buying at ukay ukay, so we went to Fabulousa.

But, I just schemed the area because of many stocks I do not knew what to choose . I transferred to Uni-top to the next store bought 10 pcs reading glass I can use for my selfie selfie with different colors to match what I am wearing.

I bought also for my exercise outfit.

hubby did not approved of my buying this kind of outfit. he said am no longer a teen ager but a senior ager. Hahaha ( Ang KJ Naman Ng matandang ito). But I do not mind him, I want to exercise!

After my buying spree, hubby said we go back to Parola the seaview restaurant in Cordova. When we were there they ordered the food. My son teased me if I would eat also. I said, "no." But when the food was served and in front of me I said, "okey, I will moved the time of my fasting, hahaha, they all laughed. Looked what was served!

After eating about past 5 pm I officially started my 24 hrs fasting, so, we went home full. On our way home we passed by CCLX, these were my snapped.

This morning my son went to the market early, and grilled the pork. He teased me by letting the cooked pork smell in front of me. He was tempting and testing my endurance to my fasting. But, he failed, I really did not eat until 5 pm came. When I felt hungry I only drink water with the pinch of himalayan salt to avoid dehydration.

I jumped for joy! I made it, I successfully fasted for 24 hours! No food intake on my 66 Birthday.
