In general, our team always talks about plans for the betterment of our community in our messenger group. One of our top priorities is the contest for the week and the implementation of community rules. Together we gather our different points of view and opinions on what is happening around the platform. One of our plans is to be more vigilant about plagiarism since we are having members from different countries, We've also caught 2 plagiarised works this month.

Now let me share with you a little about our team and what we are doing for the past week in both our personal life and duties as community leaders.

Admin @juichi- From Visayas, I am an Overseas Filipino Worker in Japan. I graduated Culinary Arts in the Philippines. As one of the Admin, oftentimes I plan regarding our incoming contest and ask our Moderators if they have any contest Ideas. I often talk about the Steemit news, contests from different communities and encourage my teammates to keep on writing and never discourage. I know most of them are great writers. I am about to start my new Steem promotion contest. I am also grateful for the success of our Charity event a week ago for the typhoon victims in the Philippines. As of now, it is still hard to contact my family in the Philippines and I haven't seen my kids for more than a month already.

Admin @loloy2020 - From Mindanao, He graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is a newly ordained Pastor and despite his hectic schedule he never fails to update our community. He initiates the concluded photography contest. This week he opens again the diary game contest for this year. According to him, he was in isolation last week because of his fever, maybe he is stressed due to his series of church activities.

Moderator @long888 - From Mindanao, I call him sir Long, as I have known he is a College Teacher and a Law student. He is the in-charge of our mini-contest. Last week he initiated the “Drop your pic comments contest and it was a hit. We intentionally do this easy contest to keep our community members active.

Moderator @knnerylac - From Luzon, she is a College Engineering student. We are glad to have her in our group, she has been helping us in creating contests too. We know she's been so busy with her studies. She even curates posts at dawn since it's her only vacant time. You can really see her diligence and resourcefulness in doing her tasks.

Greeter @jb123 - From Mindanao, He is a Graphics Editor and studied Food Processing. He is one of the most active members of our team. He's been consistent in doing comments and posting. He is one of the judges of our newly launched Diary game contest.

Greeter @me2selah - From Visayas, A Business Computer Applications Graduate. She is a mother and a successful Youtuber. One of her videos garnered more than one million views. Her entire channel video is now at 2.5 million views. That's a wow! Congrats ma'am, but despite her success, she is still an active member of our team. She is one call away every time we need her. She's been actively posting in our community and sharing her ideas.

Greeter @fabio2614 - From Visayas, She is a Mathematics Teacher and a mother. As of now, she is not able to join our conversations because she has no internet signal after the strong typhoon that hits our place. According to her, the signal will be available during dawn. Hoping she will be with us soon.

Just like any other group, sometimes we also have a misunderstanding but we resolve it right away. We treat each other like a family. We keep in mind that there is no competition around us. We even share our personal life too. To be honest, we've only known each other virtually. Though we haven't met each other in person yet, we share the same thought and that is for the success of our Steemit Philippines Community.

Thank you so much team members for your contribution to our community!

Inyong lingkod,
@juichi
