Hello! How are you all here in #steemitphilippines? Are you doing great? If yes, I'm glad!
When I opened my steemit account this morning I saw a post about steemit food photography and I got interested!

Now I want to share to you this filipino food I usually cook.

ADOBO CHICKEN -You are familiar to this dish, right? Because this is one of the favorite filipino dish!

It's simple to cook. I thought when I was a child it's hard to cook adobo but now when I'm cooking this,I found it easy to cook.

Now let's see the ingredients and procedures

INGREDIENTS:

Soy sauce
Vinegar
Magnolia Chicken
Squash
Cooking oil
Garlic
Onion
Ginger

DISH:

ADOBONG MANOK OR CHICKEN ADOBO.

PROCEDURES IN COOKING:

I bought Magnolia Chicken to my uncle.

This is what it looks like. We need to cut this chicken into pieces.

This is it,I cutted in to pieces.

Now I opened the our gas stove and I heated the pan. I put cooking oil in it. And When the oil was heated/boiling,I put these ingredients:

After that,I put the chicken on it and I waited until it will be soft a bit.

And then when becomes softer a bit I put the squash on it(actually it should be potato but we don't have one that time.) .
I waited until they both become more soft.

Now,Let's add the soy sauce. I leave it for some 5-7 or 10 minutes I guess? Uhm nevermind I just waited until the chicken will absurd the soy.

After some minutes It is now ready to serve.

Wuhuu! Tadaa! A delicious dish for lunch!😍

That's just easy but yummy!

When I was a child,i love eating dried dish(like fried chicken,fried fish and anything dried) but when it comes to adobo,I really love it! But sadly we don't afford adobo everyday cause we are not rich as others y'know hehe,but it's okay.

Adobo is always in my heart.
