DIARY GAME SEASON 3/ December 03, 2021/ SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND A DELEGATION TO @SteemitPhilippines
20% payout to @steemitphcurator
Hello to all my Steemit friends especially in this community Steemit Philippines hope we are all doing well in these trying times of our lives.
Whenever I don't have work or during my day off I am usually going home to the province where was my family lived. In the morning I wake up early to prepare our food first I cook rice using firewood it's already my habit in cooking during the morning I only use wood not only for saving gas or money but to make your cooking faster.
While at cook I roamed around outside to see some beautiful flowers in our surroundings, they are all beautiful in my eyes the way I look at the flowers bloomings.
In every moment like this, I am not wasting a single minute not to bond with my family because I am always busy with my work schedule. As I look at them they were busy doing their modules and at the same time taking care of the little baby in the family one of my niece.
While they are busy with their works I am preparing food for our lunch I make native crispy adobo with my own version of cooking. I buy 4 kilos of meat in the neighborhood which is enough for the whole family including my sisters and to my parents since my house is just a step closer to my parent's house. In cooking, I use a pressure cooker to make the meat become easier to soft. In cooking a native adobo I only use cooking oil, garlic, salt, and Ajinomoto vetsin, and meat.
Here are the steps in cooking:
Wash the meat thoroughly after place into the pressure cooker with water and add some salt, vetsin, and garlic.
Boil it for 10 minutes after the meat becomes soft put it into the Tupperware or any kind of bowl which is fit for the meat.
Then after put the frying pan into the stove then add some cooking oil which is enough for your cooking or put plenty of oil so that the meat becomes crispy.
And this is my very own version of native adobo
and all the members in our family are love to eat because its crispylicious adobo......
After eating I am bonding again with my nieces and babies in our family are our stress reliever and we're all happy taking pictures with them.
At exactly 5:00 pm in the afternoon, I am about to go back to the city where my workplace is located it feel sad because I only spending a little time with them but it's all worth it because even in a little time I am trying my best to be with them. My children and my family is my source of strength although sometimes it's tiring but I should go on and keep believing myself that one of these days I will be forever in their sides in God's perfect time when the time all of my children has a stable job someday.
And these would be all until next time...
And these are my delegation to the @steemitphilippines community
