Newest Attraction in Cebu: Sachico's Little Kyoto

Are you ready to travel with me? What are you waiting for? So lets goooo!!!

So here's the new place I wanna share and introduce to you guys. The newest attraction here in Cebu Philippines and it was inspired by Kyoto in Japan.

Well, we all know that Kyoto is known as the cultural capital of Japan where there are numerous Buddhist temples, Shibto shrines, palaces and gardens are found. Short vocabs SACHI means "happiness" KO means "child"

When you enter to this place you will see this Japanese paper lanterns and lamp posts decorated to the whole area.

And as you walk inside you will pass the Torii gates and cute Japanese bridges.

The right side of Torii gates you will see this little statue of Hachiko the famous dog in Japan. And was remembered by his remarkable loyalty to his owner. I watched the movie of Hachiko and it was very touching story you'll feel the love of the dog to his owner and vice versa.

As you go on, you will walk to this vast space of varying levels where stairs and steps takes you around the place to breath in the whole experience of being in Kyoto.

And each side of the stairs there is a mini stand stores where you can buy food and drinks that you can enjoy while roaming around.

When you reach at the top of the stairs you will see this "Lying Buddha" it's represents the historical story during his last illness, about to enter the nirvana. Short info "nirvana" means State of perfect happiness and peace.

This is the view front of Lying Buddha were it's a breathe taking because you will see the 360 degrees view in this area.

Just in case you're wondering where's the location. Its located in Sitio Lamac, Babag Uno, Cebu City

Since we are still facing pandemic you should always wear your mask, faceshield and bring alcohol wherever you go. And follow the rules that has been implemented by the authorities.
