Club5050-The Diary Game Season 3: (January 14, 2022) Giving of foods after the super typhoon hits our city

It's been a long time since I gave an update here in our platform. Aside from a lot of adjustments being a mother and a wife, super typhoon just hit our city before Christmas in 2021 came. It 2as very sad to see all the damages that the super typhoon brought but I still fell blessed because me and the rest of my family is safe and in good health.

Not to mention the damages of our houses and without electricity and water until now which is almost a month this coming January 16 I still feel the urge to help in every little way that me and my husband @steemitcebu is willing to do.

I am glad that our place has the nearest charging station to charge our phones, lamps, and power banks. All we need is to que in line very early. At least there's a way for us to get light at night.

With the help of my brother and his family we are able to share some Jollibee (burger steak, spaghetti, and burgers) to the kids and some adults in the neighborhood. It's shown in their smiles and faces the excitement to receive the food and have the first bite. It's actually my favorite fast food in the country.

It's a great joy to see them on that day. And a side from distribution of Jollibee foods, yesterday we were able to share again a little snacks that we prepare for kids and not so kids. My sister @sweetspicy cooked the delicious spaghetti while @jesmilingirlover helped in preparation for distribution. It's good to have families who's willing to serve as well with the same goal of making kids happy.

Before distribution we were able to take photos with my child, baby steemit Evangeline and my nieces.

The distribution went well and a lot of kids and adults were able to get snacks. Though it wasn't a lot but they still show gratitude from the little gifts we gave.

We ended our day with joy that even at the lowest part of our situation we should still try to help as much as we could. As of today, no electricity yet but we have a little bit of water flow from the faucet. It's a good sign that things are going back to normal soon. Praying the electric company will work on our problem soon.
