Face Mask Is A Must!

As we all know, wearing face masks is highly recommended as part of personal protective equipment and as a public health measure to prevent the spread of corona virus disease also known as COVID-19.

We are now in the process of embracing the new normal since, we are not only here in the Philippines experiencing that deadly virus but the entire world as well. This virus can affect the life of many. There are thousands upon thousands of people who died every day. And this virus currently perceived as one of the greatest threats, not only to public health and well-being, but also to global economic and social stability.

It’s been 2 years if I am not mistaken since this deadly virus arises in our country. But even up today the COVID-19 pandemic is not yet over. Though, government implements some precautionary measures to stop or lessen COVID-19 like the absence of mandatory vaccines. Some people were follows the said rules for the sake and in order to achieve the COVID-19 free country. But after still may COVID-19 parin. How saaaaad. And I must accept the fact that this is really the normal na talaagaaa.

But one of the best methods to slow the spread of the virus is to wear a face mask where ever you are and where ever you go, wear it properly because masks are only effective if you wear it in the right way. Alongside frequently hand washing and maintaining a physical distance of at least one meter and of course stay at home if you do not feel well.

Aside from that, make a habit to PRAY. Coz a prayerful man is a powerful man. Ask the Lord for guidance and protection in daily living. And in all your ways acknowledge Him knowing that He is the author of everything and the source of your life.

“Remember when you wear a mask you are protecting others, and when others wear a mask they are protecting you.”
