I am very happy to share how my day went. It was actually part of what I planned for this week but still willing to accept because it is my job.

Part of being a teacher is we get to be trained and ask to join in seminars. But ever since the pandemic came we no longer do so. But instead there were webinars.

For two days I attended my very first face to face seminar. I was actually asked to replace my co teacher since they think I was fitted to do the seminar, I was a Radio Broadcasting Coach and had series of trainings in TV and radio broadcasting. I was also part of a team to represent our school for a radio broadcasting contest for teachers.

I am always excited to join trainings or seminars since I love the snacks, and of course the new things I get to learn from every training.

Another thing that excites me is the new people I meet and making new friends from other schools. I wasn't able to remember their names since I have a really bad memory.

These are the yummy food for the two day seminar. And lets not forget the unlimited coffee. What I enjoyed the most in this training is the tasks given to us. We were asked to do a short tv broadcasting and submit it after a given time. We were also given an acting role to do a Social Media Awareness advertisement.

Our Output

Of course I wouldn't miss the chance to share it to you here. Though given a short time we still handled to present our output.

Hoping that the things I learned here will soon be applied when the face to face classes will be back soon. I think my students will enjoy this kind of activity. In this way you can really see your students potential and skill.

The day ended really well meeting really good speakers and learning a lot from them.

These are from previous local reporter from Cebu. I used to see them on screen and now I got a chance to learn from them. The finished with so much learnings. I get to receive my certificate and go back to my working station fulfilled.
