Enchanting Blue Flowers

This is a Blue Ternate plant, a vine. This is a popular herbal drink here in the Philippines. The flowers are cleaned and put in a glass then you pour hot water and you would have a Blue Ternate tea which is actually blue in color. You can add drops of lemon juice and it turns the drink into pink. Some people put this while cooking rice to turn the rice blue. It is believed that this has health benefits when incorporated to your food. Aside from being beneficial to health it also looks good in itself as a plant in your garden.
