Isang masagana at maligayang araw sa lahat ng aking kababayan at steemians!
Ako ay nalulugod na sumali sa bagong pantimpalak na ating komunidad para sa kapwa ko Filipino. Dahil tayong mga Filipino ay nakaugalian ng maghanda ng masasarap na pagkain.

We Filipinos love to celebrate different occasions, food becomes best serve when spent with our loves, our family and friends. We really give time and money as well to satisfy our cravings for good food.

Mayroon tayong mga iba't-ibang pagkaon kung nakikilala ang ating bayan. Each province here in the Philippines have their own delicacy but one thing I am certain is this kind of Filipino food is usually served in most occasions. We can also have this type of food at home which we surely suit our taste.

"Pork Adobo" or sweet and sour pork is a famous dish probably all over the country, those who like eating pork. That is why, there was even an argument that this dish is to be considered as our "national dish", this can also be cooked of chicken ingredients.
But for me, and here in our place, this pork adobo is mainly present in all dishes serve for special occasions like fiesta, birthday or just merely family gatherings.

Sa tamang sangkap ng soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic, onion, and other spices you will surely love its delectable taste. Kaya naman sa kahit na may iba't-ibang handaan sa hapagkainan, this kind of dish, is always present. The taste of pork becomes also satisfying if it so malambot while you eat.

Itong pagkain na ito ay mas lalong pinasarap pag mayroon ring nakahanda na kanin. We, Filipinos really love eating side dishes with always in the presence of rice dahil tayo nasatisfy sa ating nakaugalian.

At yan lamang ang aking kunti at makabuluhang pagbabahagi sa pantimpalak ng ating maipagmamayabang na pagkaing Pinoy.
