You watch both Steem and SBD very closely .... When Steem spikes and SBD lags trade some Steem for SBD .... When SBD spikes and Steem lags trade your SBD for Steem .... all within the Internal Market of your Wallet.... I do 5 Steem (or 1 SBD) at a time to make sure I am making at least a 5 % return coming and going.
