So... if I were to say the bottom for Bitcoin isn't in yet and it'll go way lower than now.... and then it pushes up for about 2~3 weeks and then crashes down to 14k, during those 2~3 weeks, it might appear that I'm giving "misinformation". So how long does Paypal wait for the move to play out?
So, if we know for a fact that dokwon purposely exit scammed on the terra luna coin and we talked about it in a blog article, and then later police evidence is found 3 months later that we were correct, but we already got fined the 2500 bucks, do we get our money back?
Exactly. They and they alone would decide what classifies as misinformation. Either way though, they rolled back this announcement literally less than 24 hours after it went out from all the backlash. The people have more power than they think they do!
Thank goodness for that!
