HEART ATTACK A SERIOUS THREAT

Once again welcome to my steemit blog friends. As we all know my friends heart attack has become the vulnerable disease nowadays and many of the famous personalities getting infected by this though they have a great physique and mental health and wealth also so coming to the point we should better focus on what really causes the heart attacks to happen and how we can reduce the risk off getting it. Recently we got to know that singer Krishnakumar Kunnath (KK sir), famous for his melodious songs ,age 53 has been succumbs to the heaven due to heart attack he seems to be in the good health because on Tuesday evening he had performed a show in Kolkata .

What is myocardial infraction(heart attack) ?

Do you know my friends that in medical terms the heart attack is known as myocardial infraction(MI), when the heart stops pumping blood that triggered cardiac arrest .In MI there is sudden stoppage of a blood flow in the heart muscles like in the middle layer of the heart wall when the coronary artery is obstructed the oxygen rich blood muscles cut off .This prolonged deprivation of oxygen rich cell results in death or damage to the heart muscle. When a child is born there arteries are so much smooth and elastic resulting in very good blood flow over the time cholesterol develops by certain type of condition like chronic health conditions diabetes cholesterol and the daily stress in the human beings and also the genetics. It is the main factor for this and due to this continue cholesterol deposition on the artery walls a crack appears in the inner lining of the heart muscles which caused the blood to clot in it. When a person is suffering from the heart attack the main system which manifest his certain discomfort such as severe chest pain which can spread to the neck and jaw area and also the shoulder and arms.

In this daily and hectic life what are the preventive checklist switch we need to follow to prevent from such type of diseases the..
The first one is ensure regular exercise eat as much as fruits and vegetables as you can
The second one is get a full cardiac checkup done annually ,which we Indians not able to afford as we know but the only thing which we can do is ensure a regular exercise and eliminate stress from our life cycle doctors recommend that individuals with a family history of heart attack must start early exercising and periodic health checkups because the risk factor for them is so much high.

Why does some people survive heart attacks and some doesn't?

Miss line any person can suffer a silent heart attack which goes undetected when it happens as there are no manifestation of any usual symptoms and can be usually detected by ECG reports this happens when the arteries are narrowing very slowly and more commonly seen in diabetic patients the chances of survival from these type of heart attacks depends on some factors. The first one is there which type of arteries are blocked the second one is if you have an active lifestyle say you exercise regularly then you are certainly more likely to survive a heart attack attack.
