Steemit Engagement Challenge S3W1 - Which places in your hometown are little known but worth visiting by @shravana

Hello Everyone
I am Saravanan from India.
This is the Post for the Challenge "Which places in your hometown are little known but worth visiting?." organized by @steemindiaa.
I would like to share a place which is little known but a natural paradise. It can be described as a natural shower given by the earth.

I am going to show you a falls near my hometown which is one of the beautiful places to visit with your family to spend time with your family and also with Nature.

Nature gives us a lot without selfishness but we are over using it with selfishness and extinct the natural resources. So the Earth get angry and cause many Natural Disaster like Climatic change, Earthquake, etc,.
Remind in mind that the Earth is not only for Humans but also for Plants and Animals living in it. So use the Natural resource properly and in an effective manner for the future generations to use.

Main Falls
The place I liked most and excited to share with you is COUTRALLAM FALLS which is in Tenkasi District in Tamilnadu also lies in the Boundary of Kerala. Water falls from the Coutrallam having higher Medicinal Value because it runs throung Forest and lot of Medicinal Herbs.This falls is called as the "Spa" of South India.

There are Seven different Falls in Tenkasi and all are around Coutrallam Main Falls.

• Main Falls
• Small Falls (Chitharuvi in Tamil)
• Five Falls (Iyenthuaruvi in Tamil)
• Tiger Falls (Puliyaruvi in Tamil)
• Old Coutrallam Falls (Palaya coutrallam in Tamil)
• Senbaha Devi Falls (Senbakadevi in Tamil)
• Honey Falls (Thenaruvi in Tamil)

Main falls
In these seven Main Falls, Five falls and Old coutrallam falls are big falls. So people around the town visit the falls for enjoying their weekend. Sometimes it may be crowd in these falls on Season time. So I visit to the Tiger Falls what3words which is half kilometer inside the Main road. Most of the people not known about this falls and it is always free from peoples.

Why I choose this Place

I choose these Coutrallam Falls because it is around hills so the weather around the hills is always chill when compared to the other places and then the Water from the falls is always clean and in very purest from the hills. Finally the fresh air is available around the Falls because Lot of Trees are grown in the hills which produce natural and clean air without any impurities. These trees purifies the air so it is pollution free.

Why I consider this place to be worth

This place to be worth because now a days we are drinking Packaged drinking water which is filtered more and more so lot of minerals are removed. In these falls the water travels from many forest trees and many herbal shrubs and plants. So the water is fully containing lot of minerals and natural micro salts mixed in water from rocks. It is clean because it is free from humanbeing hands because it is directly from Hills.

What does this place offer to the visitor

This place offer clean natural air to the visitors because the falls is fully surrounded by plenty of trees. It purifies the air and give us pure natural air. The clean air also purifies our lungs and gives pure oxygen to our body. So it increases the immunity to our body. When we bath more time in the falls we are not affected by Cold because the water from the falls having lot of minerals and salt which is medicinal to our body and does not cause any Cold or Cough. It will cool our body and relax our mind.
We can also do Meditation in the Falls it will more relax our body and refresh our mind. So the Visitors will enjoy spending time with their family in this falls.
