Dear self, don't keep too many expectations in your life with anyone because with that attitude, you are going to get hurt.
Expectations are something that often carry depression, but the fact is somehow when we trust anyone it comes automatically and the time we realise that we choose the wrong people it becomes too late.

You are right to say that with trust comes expectations . I am of the opinion that we should do good for everyone without expecting them to reciprocate. We should be able to manipulate our psychology.
