Hello everyone!
It's my pleasure to participate in the Indian community. Firstly I would like to thank you @steemindiaa's whole team for organizing such a wonderful contest. In this post, I'm going to share you with my favorite summer drink (Mangoshake) that I usually have very frequently. Let's see how simple a way can be made.
Ingredients
- A ripe mango
- 250 grams of chilled milk
- Dry fruit
It's summer, Mango is the king of fruits and is easily available. There are plenty of mango verities. Badami, Bombay, Kalkatia, Langra and dasehri. Dasehri is one of my favorite mangoes but it's rare to get it. So I got 1kg, Badami mango, today morning and I'm going to share how it looks.

Now first we have to peel the mongo properly so that I can grind nicely. So I peeled one mango and make it into small pieces so it can fit properly in a mixer jar.

Now we are ready to grind. Just mixed well for 1-2 minutes and it will mix nicely. And chilled 250gram milk for one mango. The amount of milk can vary based on mango quantity. The mixed mango shake looks as below.

After that add some dry fruit if possible for better taste it's optional. I have added 4-5 pieces of almond, cashews, and dry coconut. That makes mango shakes healthy and nutritious.

As you can see it's so thick and looks so yummy. Now Just going to enjoy this mango shake. If you are making for the family so ready to serve it.

Mango has many nutritious benefits while consuming.
Great for eyes: Mango is one great source of vitamin A which helps for better vision and keeps the eyes healthy.
Glowing skin: Mango has yellow color and phytonutrients, that improve skin eyes darkness, and better.
Good for bones: It contains a good amount of calcium as well and after adding milk it becomes more calcicolous and magnesium enriches that making the bone stronger.
Better for blood pressure: Mango also contains magnesium and, potassium that keep blood pressure under control. And it's rich in vitamin C.
Good for the heart: Mango has great nutrition and good cholesterol. That makes the heart healthier.
Multi nutrients and vitamins: Mango has many other minerals and vitamins like Vitamins A, B, C, E, and proteins, sodium, magnesium, and many more. Which is good for humans. Anyone can have it.

I am very impressed with your work and presentation, brother. As a matter of fact, I have also shared my drink that involves mango. The only difference is that I used Kesar mango, which is why the color of the drink is saffron and it tastes really sweet. You do not need to add anything else to this drink, just some ice-cubes and a little milk can do the trick.
