Introduction

Good day dear friends, i hope everyone is fine? Am excited I have the opportunity to also participate in this wonderful contest by @monz122 this contest will go a long way in improving this community based on the quality ideas of I and my fellow contestants.

My Ideas I think that can make a community better and Successful

Every community in steemit is expected to be educative and highly standard in other to earn more active members as well as passionate bloggers. The admins and moderators in every community must be hard-working and accurate as well as well-experienced, for the betterment of the community.

The following are two ideas I have personally thought about that can make various communities successful, the second one is an idea from a particular community.

Birthday gift

According to my idea, every community is supposed to have record of their member's birthday dates. The reason why I say so I because we steemians are supposed to be receiving extra gifts from the various communities we are in. The admins should make a post about a particular sets of steemians birthday every last day of the week in which their birthday fell within the week.

At least these birthday celebrants should get just 2 steem each from the admins in a community. They should be appreciated here in steemit so that they will know that steemians in steemit care about them and they will never forget what these admins have done. At least just one community can appreciate them. I hope this particular idea is going to be considered by the admins in various communities.

High engagement challenge contest

This particular idea is mainly for this community #steemindia. This community should have a high engagement challenge contest. I know there's always alot of contests in this community but let me translate what I meant by that.

I know of a particular community I was always active in but is no longer functioning due to some wrong act by the admin. There was a particular time in this community where there's always a particular contest that has to do with engagement challenge every week.

The contest goes like this, the admin will bring out ten (10) topics and their various hashtags for all the members to post at least 5 in a week. The person with the highest engagement will receive 7 Steem only if the person posted up to 5 entries. If the entry isn't up to 5 then that steemian is no longer the winner. Most times I will post like 6 entries in a week. The contest lasted for only 9 weeks before the community had problems.

The 1st position normally gets 7 Steem, the 2nd position gets 4 Steem, the 3rd position gets 3 Steem while the 4th-6th position gets 2 steem each. Most times they give 1 Steem each to the 7th-10th position as a consolation prize. The community became more active because of this contest. I will love it if this community and other communities starts doing contests like this.

Suggestions and tips for making a community successful

I don't have much tips or suggestions to make a community successful but all I can say is that a community that wants to be successful, should have admins and members who are both HARD-WORKING, ACCURATE, CREATIVE and UNIQUE.

Conclusion

In conclusion I must say that Unity is strength, a community can't be successful without the co-operation of it's members. Co-operation is very vital here in steemit. Thanks for reading my post, bye for now.
