hello everyone,i am parineeta from assam.i am doing really well.hope you all are safe and outstanding.during summer we need to refresh and replenish our body with some summer food specially we need to stay hydrated . when the temperature become to high every one feels fatigue,sweaty .Our body will going to lose water due to excess sweating,so we need to hydrate our body to balance a healthy lifestyle.Water is the best drink to put out the thirst,like water we can try some more healthy options like juice ,as the contest is also about making summer special drink, we are three members in our family, everyone's taste is different from each other so,i have made two types of drink watermelon juice 🍉 and cucumber🥒 juice,both are healthy and soothing for summer.me and my son like watermelon juice , but my husband prefers cucumber juice.

ingredients we need for this recipe

1.chopped watermelon
2.chopped cucumber
3.lemon
4.mint and small pieces of apple for garnishing
5.salt and sugar

lets start the process
fist we need a juicer or a mixer grinder and then put chopped watermelon in mixing jar add salt according to taste add some amount of sugar and lastly add some water to it and grind it.

and here our drink is ready ,now garnish it with chopped apple in small pieces and mint and serve it ,if can also put some chia seed but this time chia seed has finished in my house ,so i have not added.watermelon juice keeps you active all day, controls your blood pressure and keeps the skin hydrated and moisturized. watermelon’s high water content may help keep you hydrated which supports your overall health.

now we are in the process of making our next juice

our next drink is cucumber 🥒,so let's start the
process, we need to put chopped cucumber into the juicing or mixing jar along with some water mint leaves some lemon juice and salt and sugar according to your taste,and then grind it and here our refreshing and another juice in ready .

cucumber juice is good for over all health.cucumber juice is enriched with with nutrients and it's incourages the proper functioning of body.one of the most important cucumber juice benifits includes it's anti cancer properties.
