It is good to read your letter. You have passed a lot of information to your younger self, know what she will face growing up, know that in school she will be bullied and that doesn't shake her and then it continues in high school but she overcomes it,

a lot will happen that she loves and she doesn't love but she just has to face life in a way that life offers itself to her, I believe she will do well because you have given her the advice and encouragement of a lifetime
