Recipe to make Kande Pohe or Pressed Rice Pohe !!
Hello Everyone this is Monz from India and today i am going to share with you people an easy breakfast of Kande Pohe which is light weighted and very nutritious you can try it for your breakfast or evening snacks..
So the Ingredients required are.......
2 cups of pressed rice
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
Half tbsp soya sauce
Half tbsp Maggie masala
Salt to taste
Handful of peanuts
Half onion chopped
1 green chilly
1 tbsp of edible oil
CHOPPED ONIONS FOR FRYING
ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED SAUCES TOGETHER
HALF KG PACKET OF PRESSED RICE
Steps for preparing the Poha
Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp of edible oil and and then fry the chopped onions , peanuts and green chillies until it turns golden brown.....
FRYING ONIONS AND PEANUTS
On the other hand take 2 cups of pressed rice and wash ir with clean water and remove the water from it...
Then put the pressed rice into pan and add maggie masala , and tomato , chilly and soya sauce , mix them properly for one minutes and your poha is finally ready !!!
