That's not sage plant I think. I know plants quite good.
It's EUPHORBIA DRUPIFERA 'the green giant'.
It's a succulent and not suitable for eating.
Sorry to say but you are wrong this is sage plant not the green giant because it is their in my garden and my mom used to make sage honey syrup from long time back and it has helped us in cough and sore throat. @kajalbitoni

No, it's not sage .it's ' EUPHORBIA DRUPIFERA ' you can google it.
It's used for fish poisoning.
sage have small leave. Not like this huge.
