Badam Pisin Falooda is one of the traditional and healthy drinks, which has rich protein and minerals and also keeps the body cool in the summer. So let us see the recipe and here are the steps
Ingredients:
❤Badam Pisin(Almond Gum) ❤Sugar ❤Pomgranate ❤Cornflour ❤Milk
Step 1:
Take a cup of water into a bowl and pour a cup of badam Pisin (Almond gum) which is available in market , to soak for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Take a cup of corn flour in another bowl and mix the soaked liquid with it and heat it with a low flame to make a gel and keep it aside
Step 3:
Take the gell in the "Murukku achu" (a tool to squeeze) and squeeze them to make soft and liguid.
Step 4:
Put a Kadai on flame and pour a cup of sugar to make caramel,
Step 5:
Take a glass and add two spoons of gel and a spoon of caramel and mix them well
Step 1:
Add cold milk into the glass and mix them well, add pomegranates
Now the healthy and cool Badam Pisin Falooda is ready to drink, and serve cold with any snacks.
These drinks are suitable for hot weather to reduce the heat and are also a healthy drink that has a rich amount of protein and minerals.

I've never heard about this drink before. Almond gum is something I heard before but never knew it could be used to make falooda. Best of luck with the contest.
