Hey Everyone!!
Hope you guys are doing great and taking all the precautionary measures to keep yourself healthy and safe. As I was going through the posts I came across this contest which @secretbeauty is conducting. I really liked the idea of this contest as we know the world is going through it's toughest phase. Everybody's life is affected by this pandemic so it has become very necessary for everyone to keep themselves healthy and their immune strong.

"What we eat, we become", they say.
Having food which suits our body is a need to be physically fit. In our daily diet, if we include food which boosts our immunity, it helps us to be physically as well as mentally healthy. I am always attracted towards healthy recipes and gaining knowledge about their constituents benefits. In this pandemic situation, I have inculcated a habit of having a cup of kaadha every alternate day.

So here I am today to share my home made remedies to boost your immunity system. The ingredients which I am going to use are easily available in your kitchen. All you have to do is to make habit of using them.

Let's get started.
•Take half spoon of carom (Ajwain) seed
•Take half spoon of cumin (zeera) seed
•Take one piece of cinnamon (daalchini)
•Two piece of cardamom (elaichi)
•Two piece of clove (Laung)
•One-fourth of turmeric (haldi) powder
•One-fourth of black pepper powder
•8-10 Basil (Tulsi) leaves
•One lemon
•One inch ginger piece
•Little bit of jaggery (gud)
•Half spoon black salt

INGREDIENTS I HAVE USED(Not all ingredients are in picture)

Now take two glass of water and add cinnamon, cardamom, clove, basil leaves and ginger then boil the mixture and add other ingredients after making them into powder form to the water. Boil the water for 10-15 minutes them turn off the gas and add few drop of lemon juice to the kaadha and there your kaadha is ready for consumption.

Few alternatives which I would love to share to boost your immunity
*Drink giloy juice or consume giloy tablets everyday.
*Take zinc supplement in your diet.
*Eat food which contain huge amount of Vitamin D in it.
*Take proper rest and sleep.
*Do meditation everyday atleast for 15-20 minutes.
