Hello dear steemians, how are you all.I hope you all are doing great and enjoying the blessings of Almighty.Today i felt like it is important to take part in such contests where we are able to participate and not let these opportunities squander.After finding an interesting contest of black and white photography i got into my mind that i had captured some black and white photographs of a beautiful tourist place here in kashmir and i am hopeful you all will like the photographs and admire the beauty of the place.

My good habits come handy sometimes and this time it is the habit of capturing photographs using different filters makes me able to participate in this contest.
A few days back we went to a famous tourist destination called YOUSMARG "the meadows of jesus"and spent some quality time with my friends in the paradise.The area is lush green and the meadows are so beautiful and it is always a pleasure to walk on.To walk bare footed is always a different experience.

Me along with my colleagues from the office left for the place in the afternoon and reached the place after spending some time in a nearby cafe where we had special butter chicken 🍗.After we reached the place we almost roamed around every corner of the place in a very short span of around 4 odd hours.

Later ,i remember i was very hesitant to leave for home and had a mood to stay there but because of some compulsions we returned home with some upset faces because we couldn't get off the obsession of the place.

I captured these photographs when we were heading towards some tribal areas.Tribals live in some mud houses called Kothas which are a different experience to stay in.I enjoyed the short stay in the meadows and captured the photograps without knowing i will be participating in a contest later on ..
