Hello everyone.How are you friends?How is your health? I hope you all are fine.I am also fine too. Today I again come here & want to share my another health benefit tips with you all. Today I will discuss with you all about the health benefits of eating Water spinach.In our country we called it’s by Kolmi Shak in our bengali language.You will all be surprised to know the benefits of eating water spinach. Let's find out today the health benefits of eating this water spinach.
Benefits of Water Spinach(Kolmi Shak).
1. Calcium in water spinach plays a special role in keeping bones and teeth strong. Water spinach is very beneficial for good health for pregnant and lactating mothers.
2. Water Spinach leaves and stems are rich in fiber. Fiber helps us digest food, plays a special role in digestion and metabolism. So regular enough consumption of water spinach cures constipation and keeps the body healthy.
3. Vitamin B-1 in water spinach helps keep the nervous system strong and normal. It helps to growth our body properly.
4. Water Spinach contains a lot of carotene. Vitamin A is made in our body from this carotene. Vitamin A plays an effective role in maintaining good eyesight.

5. Mixing two spoons of water spinach juice with hot milk increases the immunity of the body.
6. Vitamin C in water spinach helps to strengthen teeth, gums and muscles. Apart from this, vitamin-C protects against cold and flu and increases the immunity of the body.
7. If someone has constipation, then juice some leaves of water spinach, mix it with sugarcane molasses and make a sherbet and drink it regularly in the morning and afternoon for a week.
8. Water Spinach is fried with more garlic and the water that comes in the mother's body during pregnancy is reduced by eating it for three weeks.
9. If the children do not get enough mother's milk, then eating water spinach cooked with small fish will increase the mother's milk.
Disadvantages of Water Spinach(Kolmi Shak):
1. Consuming too much water spinach can cause diarrhea and those with digestive problems should not consume water spinach without consulting a doctor.

You give good detailes regarding Water Spinach,how it helpful to us and its disadvantages.
But now a very few taking green leaves in their food menu. I dont know the reason.
But in my home i try to add at least once or twice in a week.
Taking different green leaves in regular basis always helps us to live healthy.
