Once again I come back with ahother health tips article among us.Today I am talking to you all about the health benefits & side-effects of eating dates.Dates are a very favorite food for Muslims. Also everyone else likes to eat dates very much. And it has great health benefits.We get this fruit in the market throughout the year. Benefits of Dates:

1. Energizing:

  • Dates are physically and mentally energizing. Dates contain a large amount of nutrients, which increase physical and mental energy along with digestive power, sexual power and immunity.

2.Heart problems:

  • In heart problem case it is important to eat dates every day. The practice of soaking dates in water overnight and grinding them in the morning works in the health of heart patients.

3.Weakness of body:

  • If you feel very weak, you will get strength in your body immediately if you eat a few dates.

4.Improves Digestion and Taste:

  • Dates are second to none when it comes to enhancing taste. Giving dates regularly to children who do not want to eat properly will bring back their appetite. Dates contain soluble and insoluble fiber and a variety of amino acids, which help in easy digestion.

5.Protection from Cancer:

  • Dates play an important role in keeping the body healthy from various cancers. Especially dates help to keep the body away from lung and cavity cancer.

  • Constipation is easily relieved by eating dates regularly. Soak relatively hard dates in water and eat that water on an empty stomach to relieve constipation.

  • Dates as an iron rich fruit play an effective role in anemia. Daily consumption of dates fills the iron deficiency in the body and prevents anemia.

8.Reduces risk of stroke:

  • Dates contain about 400 mg of potassium, which reduces the risk of stroke in humans by 40%.So try to eat dates once in a week.

9.High blood pressure:

  • Dates are high in potassium and very low in sodium. By this, the habit of eating dates every day reduces bad cholesterol in the body and increases the level of good cholesterol.

Disadvantages or side-effects of Dates:

1. People with diabetes should consult a doctor before consuming dates.

2. Do not eat dates immediately after a heavy meal if you have digestive problems.

3. People with high potassium levels should be careful about eating dates.

4. People with diarrhea or loose stools should avoid eating date fruit.
