Why we should take Rest || Different Types of Rest || #Social Media || Digital Marketing

In my Recent Post. I've shared about Burnout but now it's time to talk about Rest. Rest is very important for everyone and especially for the working class. Rest is needed to do productive work. Today, I'm going to share with you different types of rest and how to have some good rest that will help you to prevent Burnout or exhaustion.
Our body gets exhausted and we get tired after doing work. Irrespective of the career field, our bodies get tired. Whether sitting on a chair for the whole day in your office or doing labor work at a construction site. So, having some rest is a must, otherwise, you will get fatigued, anxious, or even depressed. Below are some methods for getting physical rest -
- Take a Shower. (Hot shower for relaxation & Cold shower for enthusiasm)
- Take 10-15 min. of power nap while working. (for office workers tea breaks are gifts from god, you can take a nap here)
- Exercise, do yoga, just do something every day to keep your body fit and healthy.
- Take care of your diet. Try to add veggies and have a balanced meal.
- Maintain a Time Table for every day. when to sleep, when to wake up.
- Use self massagers, and go to a sauna, or spa once a month.
Mental rest is another type of rest that we need to maintain our mental well-being. Just like Physical Rest mental rest is also very important. Below are some points on how to take mental rest -
- Disconnect yourself from the screen. While working on digital devices, we forget how much stress we give to our eyes, neck, and brain. This lead to mental stress and breakdown. taking some time off your screen while working would help.
- Meditate to make yourself mentally strong.
- Brain dumping would be a good option. (Brain dumping is writing down all your thought on paper to relax because we as humans tend to think continuously and then get exhausted.)
- Take short breaks while working.
- Think about beautiful scenery and imagine yourself flying through mountains. (Just move away from reality for some time)
There are several different types of Rest's, Other than Physical Rest and Mental Rest such as
Emotional Rest,
Social Rest,
Spiritual Rest,
Sensory Rest
and Creative Rest.
