The World health organisation has said that according to the report which has been published in in the furor . The worldwide furor against development of two genetically modified babies by a Chinese scientist that we meet to have Global registry of any manipulation in the genome and any editing in the genome.

These two Chinese said he developed or two babies to keep them safe from HIV because they couldn't inherited from their parent full stop then that twin baby modified or developed genetically and he also said without any acknowledgement or information to the university he was doing in it.

CRISPER - CLUSTER REGULARLY INTERSPACED SHORT PALINDROMIC REPEATS

• It has the tool of Cas9- (crisper associated protein 9)
  The use of cash 9 protein is it forms a complex to guide RNA in a cell. This complex attached to matching genome DNA sequence.

Cas9 tool woks- for example if a DNA have a cancer cell or HIV cell then with the help of case 9 we found that part of cell where the cancer cell is there. So this tool give the information of the damage cell and we cut that part of cancerous cell and put the program cell in it.

• Genetic Research - in the field of drug screening or research.
• Medical treatment- To detect bad cells it.
• In bioenergy
• Therapeutic - In biological organs for transplantation.
• Agriculture- In India with the help of this technique with developed varieties of rice which are drought tolerant, salinity tolerant and have high yielding.
