Introduction
Hi everyone, I am @dave-hanny, I am glad to be a participant in this great engagement challenge of this great community. Thank you amazing fellow steemians for your time to visit my blog, be relaxed and comfortable as you read down.
Dear myself at age 5, greetings! I am pleased to write to you about how life treated me as time swam fast to this present age of mine. The journey of life is full of challenges, disappointment, and so on. I am pleased to write to you about how life has been treating me so that if given another chance in life, you would learn from the lessons and challenges I passed through.
Every day step after another with different challenges and others. Leaving age 5, friendship began, childhood play continues, fighting for myself began, and the rest. It has not been easy being with friends, there is a clear difference in what I wear from them, their parents are rich but you know how the struggles have been with daddy and mummy. The joy is that, I scale through because of my patience and hope for a better tomorrow and indeed I am who I am today.
Making choices in life was another struggle when I left you oh age 5. You knew there was no one to explain vividly because mommy and daddy were both illiterate and didn't go to school but when I left you at age 5, I started making enquires myself to become who I wanted to be.
My advice to myself at age 5, if given the chance again, learn from my experience, be yourself, be satisfied, accept your mistakes and make corrections, be ready to learn at all times, and be humble and also prayerful and you will see your maker doing it all for you.
Now, I do not become perfectly what I wanted to be but my little struggle and humbleness made me this great person in the above pictures. I wanted to live a luxurious life of having big shops with different products in there and to have a very comfortable life without hustling but as time flew, it was not possible the joy is, I am okay with the little am having I mean I am satisfied with my little shop.
Education-wise, you know I wished to become an engineer but I ended up becoming a certified physicist which is a great achievement in line with what I wanted to be and this means that I ended in a different form because there was no one to guide me to the right path of engineering.
In conclusion, I do not become completely who I planned to be but if I would be given another chance at age 5, I will work harder. I miss you.

Wow this is a great advice from an older version of @dave-hanny to a younger version of hers.The counsel as portrayed by the letter is full of wisdom and will surely guide the 5 year old to skip life hurdles with ease.
Yeah friend, i wish i could have chance of going back to my age 5. 😁 I wouldnt allowed or permit any mistake in my live despite mistake is inevitable but i would try not to be too careless. Thank you for visiting my blog and i wish you best.
