Superfoods fulfill our body's need for basic nutrients, protect the body from disease and prevent disease. Our body needs certain basic nutrients in excess and mandatory. It is important to take some superfoods daily to supplement them.

SPINACH
At least 50 grams of any type of spinach should be included in the daily diet. We all know how important omega-3 fatty acid is to our body. Greens are high in plant-based omega-3 and folic acid. The compulsory inclusion of spinach in a daily diet can prevent strokes, heart diseases, and bone-related problems. Try adding spinach in some way, whether it's a spinach salad, soup, or salad.

KIDNEY BEANS

All types of beans are good for heart health. Kidney beans are especially rich in fiber. Kidney beans are known to boost brain growth and function. It is very high in antioxidants like anthocyanins. Very high in fiber and protein. Half a cup of kidney beans provides almost 8 grams of protein and 7.8 grams of fiber.

TOMATO
Tomatoes also have some harmful components. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants like lycopene. The lycopene in it helps to prevent and reduce the effects of lung, bladder, testicle, skin, and stomach cancers.
A glass of tomato juice contains nearly 22 milligrams of lycopene. Even though tomatoes are usually included in our daily meals, it is good to include at least one raw tomato daily without cooking.

CARROT
Carrots are available in many colors like orange, red, and purple. But orange carrots are what we get most of. Carrots are rich in carotenoids. It corrects bone and joint-related problems and has anti-inflammatory properties making it a great remedy for problems like arthritis and asthma. One carrot per day can be consumed raw, in the form of soup or salad.

WATERMELON
Watermelon is also an excellent source of lycopene. It may reduce heart risk by lowering LDL cholesterol. It reduces the risk of cancer. It also reduces the risk of macular degeneration primarily of the prostate. Watermelon also improves blood vessel function and reduces the risk of stroke.
