Do you know? How can you save the life of a victim even if you do not have a degree in any medical field?

Hello friends,
Greetings from me,

This is @alfazmalek and I hope you are well and happy. Friends, everyone wants to live in this beautiful world and everyone is most concerned about their life. Everyone spends all his earnings on saving his life because life comes only once. But many times I have seen that life is lost even after a delay of only 2 minutes. Many things happen that whenever patients come, they make the patient lie down in a brain-dead condition. If at that time the patient also gets basic life support on time, then his life may be saved. So I am going to tell you something by which you can save someone's life.

Friends, Basic Life Support means such a course has been made that you can try to save a life until you get help from the medical team. If you suddenly see a person that he has fallen and whose heart is not beating, then you too can save his life through basic life support, and for this, you do not even need any medical degree.

So let's know what is this basic life support?

Basic life support has become a special medical training, which is being given to every company worker, college, and non-medical field. Through cardiopulmonary resuscitation, we call cardiopulmonary resuscitation to re-transport the stalled blood transport from the heart. I will also tell you why we have to do this to save human life.

Basic life support has become a special medical training, which is being given to every company worker, college and non-medical fields. Through cardiopulmonary resuscitation, we call cardiopulmonary resuscitation to re-transport the stalled blood transport from the heart. We all know that blood contains hemoglobin and hemoglobin carries oxygen. Oxygen from the atmosphere is exchanged with carbon dioxide on the alveoli in the lungs and travels to the heart and brain. If the brain does not get oxygen for 5 to 6 minutes, then the brain becomes dead, so by pumping the heart as soon as possible, oxygen should reach the brain through the blood. When we pump the heart, we will also give oxygen during that time so that oxygen reaches the brain.

What are the benefits of performing Basic Life Support?

By performing basic life support, we can save the life of any unknown or unknown person. Till medical service is not available, we can save the life of any person even if he does not have any medical degree. Performing basic life support will deliver oxygen to the brain and will not result in brain death.

On the other hand, if you look deep, there is a sinoatrial node (SA node) in the heart, which transmits electric current to our heart. Which reaches the Atrioventricular node (AV node) and the AV node carries the electric current to the Purkinje fiber and then the electric current reaches the whole heart. Due to the flow of electricity, the heart has independent systole and diastole. Which we call heartbeat. If the victim gets support on time, then the chances of survival increase.

So let's see how we have to perform basic life support?

Event :

A person suddenly falls in front of you and you see him, you as a human being want that you have to help him. So that's why you go to him, but if the victim is not standing or moving till you go to him, then

What action should be taken from your side?
    1. Seen safety : First of all you have to see your safety. Take a look around you to see if this place looks right to you or not. Is there anyone around or not and if there is no one and you feel that it is natural and you have to help her and this place is safe then you can go to the person.

  • 2 . Check Response : Follow below steps for check response,

  • When you reach the victim, ask are okay?

  • Tap on his shoulder and ask are you okay? If the first response doesn't come,

  • You have to check the patient's respiration and pulse (carotid pulse). If the second response doesn't come,If there is no second response from the patient.

  • Loudly shout in the ear of the victim and say, are you all right?

If there is no response to any of these four actions, then it is decided that the victim needs emergency medical service. Now from here you have to start the chain of survival to save the victim. :
If you live in India you have to call 108 and if you live in the United States you have to call 911. If there is someone near you, then you tell him that he should call this number and ask for help for a medical emergency. If there is no one around you then you are as soon as possible without wasting a second to call for emergency help and come to the victim. Because you know that if oxygen does not reach the brain for 4 to 6 minutes, then the brain of the victim can be dead. So, as soon as possible, you have to start CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation ) to the victim.

So let's see how we have to perform CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation )

  • You have to place the heel part of the palm of your hand on the breastbone of the victim and slightly below the nipple.

  • Both your hands should not bend from the elbow and your weight from your shoulders should be applied directly to the victim's chest.

Now as I told you, you have to compress the chest by setting your hands in that position. You have to put one hand on the chest of the victim. Now as I told you, you have to compress the chest by setting your hands in that position. You have to put one hand on the chest of the victim. And you have to lock the second hand with the interphalangeal method, that is, your second hand should lock the fingers of your first hand. You have to remove your weight by compressing the chest so that the victim's chest recoils again and you have to pay special attention to make sure that the victim's chest has completely recoiled. The victim's chest should be compressed at least 2 to 3 inches deep and should be 100 to 120 compressions per minute. Make sure that you do not interfere at all in chest compressions, you have to take special care of it.
According to a guideline from the American Heart Association, like 30 chest compressions, you will give mouth to mouth to 2 breath victims and if you have the facility of Ambubag then you can also give from Ambubag. But CPR should not be interrupted at all.

How long to perform CPR?

You have to keep this 30: 2 cycle going until the human heart starts beating on its own. This is called the return of spontaneous circulation. In the meantime, as soon as the medical team is available, you have to handover them to the victim. Whenever you handover to the victim, you have to tell well what time this incident happened, how did you reach and for how long you have been giving CPR, in this way you have to tell the complete history of the victim. In the meantime, if you find Automated external defibrillator anywhere and you know how to do it, then you can do it without any permission.

conclusion

Basic life support has become a universal training. This training is being given in many companies, colleges, police, visa boards and many such places where there is a risk of death. By knowing this training or basic life support, we can save the life of any victim and for this we do not even need any medical field degree. If you want to do or study this training, then you can get certified by using this link.
