in Healthy Steemlast month

Hello all stemians friends!!!

Best wishes from me @zul01 in order to participate in the contest "health problems (02); My Worst Experience in Hospital". Hopefully what I have given can be an important lesson for all of us regarding the important topic of health.

WORST VISIT

link

As we know, the role of hospitals is as institutions that can provide medical services and care for patients who need them and act as a crucial center in the health system to improve and maintain public health.

The worst visit for me is when we as patients with certain limitations are often looked down upon by medical personnel or hospital service staff so that feeling comfortable becomes an unpleasant feeling, especially if the patient visiting is a patient who has free or free access the cost of hospital services, their view seems to be condescending and only prioritizes people in certain roles or appropriate positions so that treatment is often delayed due to prioritizing those who have power and are familiar, such as relatives, in serving patients.

According to the perspective of some people, what is referred to as the worst visit is for the reasons:

  • Severe Health Condition,
serious medical conditions cause anxiety, fear, and even stress for patients and families, therefore this visit is often considered the worst and most frightening experience
  • Complicated Inspection Process,
often involves various examination tests and complicated medical procedures that take a long time.
  • Costs And Finances,
for some people who do not have adequate health insurance, worrying about medical costs and care is considered the worst experience.
  • Lack Of Support And Information,
lack of communication and support from medical personnel and related information as well as lack of attention make for a bad.

Visit although a hospital visit can be a challenging and difficult experience, it's important to remember! that the hospital is a place where sands get the medical care needed to restore their health.

TREATMENT OF HOSPITALS STAFF

Link

Hospital staff usually treats patients:

  1. Attention and empathy, by listening to complaints, understanding needs and providing the necessary emotional support.
  2. Openness and communication, usually staff are open and clear with patients explaining procedures and follow-up care plans.
  3. Professionalism, high standards of professionalism in providing medical care ensure safety and comfort during treatment.
  4. Respect for patient rights and patience in understanding care.

However, there are many individuals who only treat patients as they are and only do their job without involving compassion and pity for patients who need support in treatment so that the feeling of comfort turns into disappointment for medical personnel.

SPECIFIC CHALLENGES

Link

Specific challenges include:

Long waiting times (queues)
The main factor is the long waiting time before receiving medical services which can cause patients to feel uncomfortable and anxious.
Uncertainty and worry
uncertainty about the diagnosis, test results, or treatment plan, as well as concerns about health conditions.
Costs and finances
medical care and health insurance are often an additional burden for patients. The cost of services, medicines, or medical procedures is a challenge.
Physical and emotional
discomfort for example, uncomfortable tests or experiences that can cause stress and anxiety as well as a lack of information and communication regarding the diagnosis in the patient's treatment plan.
Access and transportation difficulties
For some people who are far from the hospital, this is also one of the factors that influences specification challenges, resulting in difficulties with certain limitations.

Overcoming these challenges requires collaboration between patients, families and medical personnel to ensure that hospital visits run smoothly, comfortably and effectively according to the patient's needs.

FEELINGS DURING AND AFTER THE INCIDENT

Link

A visit to a hospital can be a varied experience and the feelings that arise can vary, I can imagine the feelings during and after a visit to a hospital can be mixed.

During the visit we can experience:

  • Anxiety and fear
  • Pain and discomfort
  • Saturation and boredom
  • Gratitude and hope

after the visit we can feel:

  • Relief
  • Gratitude
  • Anxiety from side effects
  • Addiction to recovery

What is certain is that a visit to the hospital is something that every individual human being does not want or does not want, something that needs to be avoided if possible, however, we definitely experience illnesses, even though they vary, we definitely make visits to the hospital and really need to restore our health. which has been lost.

The following is my entry in participating in this contest organized by sister @sahmie. I also invite @saifulzero, @dekki and @bahrol to enliven this contest.
