Heart attack is a medical condition or a process occur when they is no enough flow of blood into the heart, a heart attack usually occur when a blood clot, reduces blood flow to the heart, without blood they is no transportation of oxygen and the tissue die as a result of that complication, blood serve as a major distributor of oxygen. The heart is a very vital organ which enhance and normalize well-being.
When the heart is devoid or obstruct of vital components which enhance is best performance or function without those essential and vital substance, the heart attack is observe.

What are the causes of heart attack and what are the risks factors

When the major blood vessels that supply the heart with blood become clogged with deposit of fats such as cholesterol abd other substance this condition is refer to as coronary heart disease and thus a leading factor of heart attack.

what are the heart attack symptoms

1. Shortness of breath or inability to breath as it suppose to is a signs of heart attack
2. Weakness of the body
3. Discomfort or pain in the jaw
4. Experience cold sweat.
5. Pains in the arms and shoulders
6. Pains in the neck, back etc.

How can we prevent ourselves from having heart attack

1. Smoking should be avoided and use of tabacco

2. Regular exercise should be done to enhance free flow of blood.

3. Maintain and eat healthy food and diet.

4. maintain healthy weight

5. Regular health screening test and check up should be done

Drugs are the major key treatment for heart attack, as we also have other treatment. Drugs such as Aspirin; Aspirin reduce blood clotting thereby reduces the high risk of heart attack.
Clot blusters (thrombolyties or fibrinolytic)
Nitroglycerin
Morphine
Beta blocker
Statins
Other blood thinning medicine etc.
It is worthy of note that heart attack is a blockage of blood flow to the heart, so in order to treat those immediate heart attack oxygen is given immediately and certain process to enhance blood pump to the heart is done.
