Best day to you all, lending a helping hands is a great topic to discuss as you see most often in todays world most people don't regard assisting other especially those in need with one disability or the other, i will love to stay by saying to heal the world and make it a better places humanity should be practise as a religion most especially to the those persons living with one inborn defeat or the other, I'm glad to participate in this contest and wanna continue to these great topic.

what do you understand by "People living with Disabilities?"

Persons living with disabilities can be describe as persons having one or two illness or inabilities such as physical defeat, like cripple, deaf, albino, some are mental disabilities like mental disorder etc. Disabilities can be both noticable and unnoticeable like in the case of deaf it somehow hard to notice the person is deaf and doom.
Noticable or physical disabilities can be seen and the understand, like cripple having inability to see clearly, having short or long sightiness as the case may be, paralyzed etc. Having skin that is whitish in nature is another physical disability that is term albino.
Non noticeable disability as early mention include deaf and dome, blindness etc
People living with disabilities needs care, attention, and support, they should be be discriminate in any way as they were also created by God and follow the same mode of production.
In the olden days people that were born with disabilities were said to be evil and classified as devil, this was as a result of poor knowledge on human formation and reproduction. Scientist has discovered and concluded that most inborn disabilities is a a result of mutation, wrong gene coding and sperm formation. Hypothesis has been proven that 80% disabilities are inborn while others are from accidents and other means.

How can we make it easier for people with disabilities to access things in our community?

Persons with disabilities should be given equal rights and should not be discriminate
In most country and develop city people living disabilities have been given equal right as normal person like in a state in Nigeria, Akwa ibom state to be precise those living with disabilities has been given equal right as normal person too, when it comes to education they are given scholarship to studies in school of their choose. In Entrepreneurial skills some majority of them are train in different skill to better their life and make them responsible citizen of the country. Some of them now are bussines owners and are doing well.
Government should sign into law that persons with disabilities should access equal right as other do, and no be discriminate
Religious group, churches should sensitize their member and create awareness that those with disabilities are still gift from good and should be consider as part of human being like themselves, not only churches but all available avenue should be used to kick against discrimination of persons with disabilities.

Give ways we can include and give equal opportunities to people with disabilities?

Ways to give equal opportunity with people living with disabilities

1. Government and non governmental organization should give them scholarship to studies at the institution of their choice in the state or country
2. Law should be made to kick against discrimination of such person
3. They should be organized to handle a particular group as serves a non government union
4. An office should be form in the state or federal level to look into the needs of the disabilities.
5. They should be allow to participate even in religious gathering and opportunity should be given to them to anchor in some segment.

How can we help people with disabilities without invading their privacy or making assumptions?

• We should show them love, care and attention.
• They should be encouraged to participate in what other people are participating.
• Attention, care should be given to them.
• Be friendly with them without emphasizing on their inabilities

How can we be supportive friends and allies to people with disabilities and their families?

• we should be checking up on those with disabilities
• Socializing with them will give them a sense of belonging.
• Carrying them along with any activity happening in the environ.
• Care for them and always give them a listening ears
