Do you believe that the foods we eat have medicinal value?

A balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health.A balanced diet provides the body with all the vitamins.There are many balancing that act as medicines in our body.Just as pumpkin is very useful for our eyesight and bitter gourd is very effective for diabetic patients.Bitter gourd juice is very good for diabetic patients as it controls sugar.It looks like a vegetable but it also acts as a medicine in the human body.

Apart from this, eating food together reduces human differences because due to differences, people become victims of mental diseases.By sitting together, love develops between them, due to which differences disappear and people do not suffer from mental illnesses.

Give 5 examples of foods that you consider to be powerful "medicines" for the body, and what they do.

Well, there are many foods that act as medicines, but some of them are listed below.Like spinach,lentil, meat, okra, eggs, etc.These vegetables are considered as medicine for our body.Spinach fills up the lack of vitamins in us and is very useful for our body.

Meat is a source of energy within our body.Lentils and eggs complete our protein intake.And make our body strong.The gel inside the arum and okra supplement the amount of gel inside our knees.And strengthens our bones.

How can we use food in our daily lives to keep healthy?

We must consume good food to stay healthy.Like turnip cucumber etc.Turnips sharpen our vision.We use more and more puddings in our daily life.It keeps our stomach healthy and controls our BP.They are especially beneficial for us in summer.Consuming more of cucumber helps in weight loss.

Cucumber reduces the dark circles around our eyes.With the help of cucumber we get ingredients like calcium vitamins.Cucumber causes low blood sugar.Cucumber plays an important role in the growth of our hair and nails.

Do you think it's important for schools to teach about how food can be like medicine for our bodies? Why?

Yes, I think it is important to teach students in schools.That food is like medicine for our body.It makes our body healthy.There are also some vegetables that fill up the vitamin deficiency in us.As Spinach etc.

And there are some vegetables that fulfill the amount of protein in us.Like eggs, lentils and meat etc.All these vegetables are very useful for us.These things are very important to teach the students.So that they can make their body healthy by consuming more vegetables.
