This contest is organised by @oneray and it is very good contest because people should be aware of this colon problem. I am going to write as I know about this problem.

Colon is kind of stomach related problems like digestive system gets disturb. Stomach diseases produce many other diseases. If we talk about colon so it is very big problem and can be more dangerous when it will turn to Colon Cancer.

I know one person who is in my relation is suffering from colon problem and his symptoms are:

1. Bleeding in Stool

2. Major Constipation Problem

3. Uneasiness after passing stool

4. Lost of appetite

5. Body weakness

Here are few symptoms of colon which he faces in his colon problem and he is getting treatment but he is scared now because of colon can turn into colon cancer.


Do you know some healthy recipes that we should all try to maintain a healthy colon?

I don't cook so I can not share any recepy but if any one want to maintain their healthy colon so they should add seasonal fruits, good fiber diet, green vegetables etc. if you will consume good fiber diet so you will not face constipation problem and you can maintain your healthy colon.

Bas digestive system can produce other problems like Piles, Fissure and it is also very danger so you have to get good fiber diet and can easily maintain your colon

Besides food, You can do morning walk. It is proven that morning walk can make you fit and save you from many diseases and when you will walk in morning so your stomach will be good and digestive system will improve and you will start to feel better.

Yoga is another way to maintain your colon. It is world wide famous that Yoga is like life saver exercise which can make your body fit.

Avoid alcohol, cigarette, soft drinks and junk foods. Drink water after 1 hour of lunch & dinner and many small good habits can help you fit and maintain your healthy colon.

As I said above, try to follow good habit and follow good life style.

Don't take too much stress in life and feel positive.

Avoid morning bed tea, instead of drink luke warm water and start morning walk. You will feel tremendously changes.

Always chew your food properly and drink water after 1 hour. It will maintain your digestion.

Add good diet in your menu. Green vegetables, peanut butter, season fruits, fiber rich diet will help to maintain your colon.
