AIDS which is stand for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, and its the life dangerous situation caused by the very dangerous virus called Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). HIV attacks and make the human body immune system very weaken, making it difficult the immune system to fight off with the diseases . Once HIV virus enters our body, it targets and smashed our CD4 cells which is also know as T cell which are a the very important part of the immune system. As CD4 cells decline, the body becomes more likely attackable to the infections and diseases. If left untreated, HIV virus can also progress to AIDS, which is represent when the CD4 cell count falls below the 200 cells per cubic millimeter of blood or if the body develops certain chronic disease.

People with AIDS may causes severe symptoms like chronic diarrhea, and difficulty fighting off infections, weight loss, and if left untreated, AIDS can lead to life dangerous and also involvement and death. With proper treatment and care, most people which contain HIV virus and can live long and have their healthy lives, and the risk of passing it on to others is slightly reduced.

AIDS treatment are involves the use of antiretroviral drugs to stop the virus from increasing and seprate in the body. While current antiretroviral therapy (ART) does not cure HIV virus infection, it allows a person immune system to get more stronger and reduces the amount of the HIV virus in the body, stopping the symptoms and allows people to live a full healthy life. ART must be taken every day for the whole of a person life.

HIV virus is a disease which can be prevent, and measures to reduce the risk of infection include using condom during sex, getting tested for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases , male circumcision, and harm reduction services for people who inject drugs. Doctors may have suggest some medicines and medical devices to help for the prevent HIV, including antiretroviral drugs, dapivirine vaginal rings, and injectable long-acting cabotegravir. Importantly, people taking ART and who have no proof of virus in the blood will not pass HIV virus to their sexual partners.

AIDS preventive measures are important to reduce the risk of HIV infection and transmission from one another. Several ways can be employed to prevent HIV, including, using male or female condoms during sexual copulation getting tested for HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) regularly, having practicing the mutual monogamy or to reducing the number of sexual partners.

Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a medication taken by people who have at high risk of having HIV virys, which can reduced the higly chance for getting infected. Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is also available, which is a short course of antiretroviral drugs taken within 3 days of possible exposure to HIV.
