Diabetes is a health condition where the body can cause trouble by controlling the suger level in the blood. Diabetes can happen when the body doesn't produced enough insulin and may be doesn't use it properly.
Insulin is a type of hormone that help the body to regulate the blood suger.

There are two type of causes of diabetes which are under.
Type 1
Type 1 causes of diabetes are to be in autoimmune condition in where the body immune system are mistakenly attack and destroyed insulin producing cell present in the pancreas.
Type 2
Diabetes are often caused by the life style factor. This factor such as being overweight, having unhealthy diet high in sugar in the food, being physically unactive and in the last having the history of diabetes in the family.
How can we prevent us from these issues? |

We can prevent us from these issue by the following way.
Regular exercise.
We have to do exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes in a day. This can include jogging, cycling and swimming etc.
Maintain the healthy weight.
If you are overweight, even a small amount of loosing weight can reduce the risk of diabetes.
Eat healthy diet.
Keep your diet healthy. choose those food which are less in suger, saturated fats, and process carbohydrates. usually eats those food which has lean protein, vegetable, fruits and healthy fats.
Limited suger drink.
Always drink water, unsweetened and suger free drink instead of sugar soda, juice and enter drink. These are also unhealthy for body.

I can give you some useful suggestion for improving the health care of diabetes patients.
Regular checkup.
Diabetes patients have to make sure to visit their doctor for regular checkup to monitor your diabetes.
Medicine.
Use your diabetes medicine as directed by your health care and follow the recommended treatment plane.
Physical Activity.
Stay active and do regular exercise for at least 30 minutes. You need to those activities which you are enjoyed like walking, dancing, and swimming. This activities can help to manage the suger level in your blood.
Balance diet.
Keep focus on the healthy and balance diet with plenty of vegetable and fruits and eat a limited suger food.
Blood suger check up.
Keep check your blood sugar level using a glucose meter. This can help can help you to improving your health.
