Hello healthy friends... it is another pleasant moment to write in the community. A community that shares some health insights and allows us to participate in them. Stress is no doubt, man's enemy. It crips in and in no longer time bring damages to him if unchecked. Many have been of long-lived stress that resulted in their failed system and sometimes death.
Many indices that shows that many underlying illnesses are resultant effects of long-live and unchecked stress levels. We have to be intentional about handling these kind of feelings each time it comes knocking. Let's answer some of questions using provided guidelines.
🌼 How is stress manifested in you on a physical level? |

As a piblic servant saddled.with the task of interfacing with a number of people daily, it is ideal that there would be more cases fatigue which is stress in manifestation. Just by doing one thing daily may bring out stress, and by doing it without breaks and regulations would also induce stress on us.
One of the common physical manifestation of stress is tiredness. This may also come.with headache which a vreak or restful moment disappeares. Some on the other hand would want to take pills to handle this effect.
This issue.of stress may not only be observed from our conventional work style also from other prolonged extra curricular activities we do. And this also have the kind of physical manifestation on us.

It is one thing to know that stress is an ailment and another to know how best to minimize its effects on us. This may vary from person to person due to the body system.
However, I have this primary culture of making rest my next alternative to stressful moments. I catch a lot of sleep and rest when I have them. This is unapologetic to anyone who feels otherwise by my restful style.
I may also indulge in taking breaks at different intervals. Indulging in off-radar activities that don't relate to what is causing the stress at the moment. This may include, trying to have a drink or.fun with friends but this best done after the day's job.
🌼 What suggestion or advice can you give people to manage stress and improve fitness |

Exercising at least once in a week may be another way of adverting or reducing the burden of stress on us. This cannot be overemphasized given the importance of exercise on the general improvement of the human system.
I indulge in jogging and football activities once every week to help me stay off from the weeks stressful moments. Aside targeting other health benefits of keep fit, it is one way stress can be managed.

I really agree with the part of exercising, I remember one of my aunty was advised to start exercising to relive stress. She is now better

Es cierto una de las principales causas del estrés en el organismo son la fatiga y el cansancio muchas veces cuando estamos estresados nos sentimos sin fuerzas para continuar pero abrumados por querer solucionar todo.
El ejercicio es una de las cosas que nos pueden ayudar a liberar con poco de tensión mental.
