These symptoms is varies base on the particular condition and its gravity or seriousness. It's important to consult a physician if you experience any of these signs, as they can often be managed or cured with early detection and adequate treatment.

Colon pain is very severe and it affects our body very negatively. You will be facing diarrhea, constipation and pain in the stomach. Taking fibrous food and food without fats can help to reduce these problems in the colon. Moreover, keeping your body hydrated and doing exercises on daily basis will keep your colon effective and will avoid diseases.

Junk foods , too much oily and un hygiene food cause many stomach problems and it cause constipation and later on colon disease is visible and it will turn into colon cancer. So it is very important to get good maintain healthy colon.
