Hair care has a lot of health benefits to humans
Which some of them are listed below

*It makes us have confidence in our self:th phrase self confidence is very important to everyone and the conditions of our hair has a significant impact on how we see our self.it help us fight inferiority complex within us

*It prevents hair breakage prematurely: hair lose is one of the challenge that are been face now days especially in the female gender ,pei have be trying was to prevent it ,but to some people is seems impossible.
But taking care of hair with necessary treatment in time prevent your hair from breaking.

*It reflects how healthy you are : taking care of your hair in is the true reflection of how healthy you are , having a good hair ,makes one look responsible and also appears neat.

There lots of remedies that can be used at home for hair care but I will mention few

*Washing and drying: washing of hair when due help to boost an healthy hair after washing you put some necessary hair treatment to make it healthy.
There are some local treatment we use here in our place which works very well ,some of them are

• Mixing of oil with moringa leaf it help in fighting against dandruff.

• application of coconut oil is one of the simplest but very important for healthy hair,it fighting against hair breakage.

Healthy hair is very important in some one life ,for it makes us look good and promote healthy living.
