Today, I would like to share my experience with incredibly and have beneficial fruit: the Jammu fruit. Also known as Java Plum. this fruit is pack with health benefits and is a true hidden benefits in it.

The Jammu fruit or Jamun is the fruit of the Syzygium cumini tree which is found in the regions of India and South East Asia.

Here are some benefits:

Rich in Antioxidants: It also has a high antioxidant material which means to say it helps to save the body from free radicals and oxidation.

Blood Sugar Control: Diabetics can significantly lower their blood sugar levels by eating the fruit’s seeds and pulp. So it's healthy for diabetes patients.

Heart Health: The fiber and potassium found in black plum fruit are useful in reducing cholesterol levels, blood pressure and chances of heart diseases. It's control many major diseases.

Digestive Health: The fiber in the fruit manages the digestive system and promotes the growth of good bacteria in the stomach. So it's helpful for digestive system.

Immune System: The vitamin C and antioxidants found in Jammu fruit which provide help to improve the functioning of the immune system hence fighting off against infections and other diseases.
