But before that, let's learn about our eyes and know what eye care routine is.

Also, eyes are constantly being exposed to harsh environmental factors like sunlight, dust, and pollution, making them vulnerable to various eye conditions if not properly taken care of.

Eye care routines consist of a variety of activities or practices and habits that are aimed at maintaining the health of our eyes. These routines are essential for preventing eye diseases and maintaining good vision throughout our lives.
