Greetings my healthy friends, how are you doing today? I trust you are making the best out of your day, I am pushing as well. I know by the grace of God we will all get there.
This is healthy community,so as such remember to stay safe and healthy, because good and sound health is an asset that can't be bought in the market.

What is immune system?

Immune system is a collective network of different organs that is very complex in nature. Which consist of cells and protein that helps defend the body to fight against infections.

The immune system has the ability to keep records of all the micro-organism and germ that has ever entered the body, why it does that, is to be able to recognize and destroy the microbes quickly in case of reoccurrence.

Let's see the effective tips that can help boost our immune systems:-

•1: Live on fruits and vegetables

Important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals are found or contain in fruit and vegetables,and they help in nurishing the body system.
A diet that is high in fruit and vegetables can help one protect against diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
Therefore is advisable to inculcate the habit of eating fruits into our food menu on daily basis.

• 2: Exercising Regularly

You know being physically active, that's exercising can help your brain health and also help you to manage your weight not to be obsessed,also help to reduce the risk of disease by strengthening bones and muscles, thereby improving your ability to do your everyday activities.

• Exercising helps in the circulation of blood to the different organs in the body and also increases heart beat.

• It makes you flexible

• Exercise improve mood, thereby boosting your energy level.

• 3: Get enough sleep

When we sleep,our body get repairs, restores and reenergize. My dears' it is sleep that help us to be healthy and functioning well. Anytime we don't get enough sleep,we are tend to experience side effects such as;

Loosing focus
Mood change
Memory loss
Poor immunity
That's why most adults needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.

If we take cognizant of all the aforementioned tips, we would be living Healthy
