Nice one sis @wirngo. Everyone needs health care assistance no matter the race or religion or tribe as we are all humans. Take a look at those suffering with medical attention in our region, it's so pathetic. This is something that needs special attention to safe lives.

Portable water is just so important as we can't do anything without water. people die everyday because of waterborne diseases. We need portable water always. Most importantly let's live in peace to avoid war
