Wishing all my friends good health and by the grace of Allah I am also very well today I am here to participate in a great contest so I first want to thank @aaliarubab she has organized such a beautiful contest for us also here we have our food and especially nutritious. I will mention all about how food makes our in today's contest but let's get started.
I always try to start my morning with light food because if we eat extra heavy food at the beginning of the day it puts a lot of stress on the body so today also I completed my breakfast with eggs and bread we all know that eggs have a lot of nutrients and during the day At least one pis egg is very beneficial for our body so we should think about eating food just like that nutritious food should be prescribed for our body always try to keep egg and have provision of bread with it.
For lunch today I have made a fish recipe because we all know that fish has many nutrients and through fish, we calculate sugars and all kinds of nutrients we can take for our body so we should have fish in our diet for about five to six days in a week so today I I made a fish recipe with vegetables and along with it, I made a salad with different types like tomato cucumber everything I put in the lunch recipe.
Walking for half an hour in the afternoon is very beneficial for the body, but during summer the amount of walking is less but at other times walking for half an hour to 45 minutes is very necessary for our body so today and afternoon I went for a walk and when I go for a walk there is a hotel near our house where pure milk curd is available. Which cost 50 steem price 1.07.takas very tasty and useful to eat and I think it is very beneficial to eat curd during the hot seasonAlso we should keep sour curd in our diet every day but today I bought sweet curd from the nearby hotel and saved it after coming back home then we ate cold cold sweet curd.
Also, today's evening's ripe papaya kesur apples are all fruits .apple contains many nutrients vitamin A and vitamin C everything in the medical language says that eating one apple every day is necessary not to go to the doctor form so we have to keep apple in the diet list And ripe papaya is also rich in vitamin C and vitamin A and we are in the market to get these in summerIt is very easily available so we should add this ripe papaya in our diet and Keshur is very beneficial for our body to eliminate water fall retention in the body especially in this summer season Keshur is very beneficial for our body.
Also today in the evening we ate some almonds we all know that almonds have a lot of nutrients and everyone from children to old people should eat almonds and eating almonds increases our memory and brain benefits so we all should eat almonds more or less.
