Hello, all my dear friends hope you all are well and I am also well although the weather conditions were very bad for two days still after all the dangers we are having a good day by the grace of Allah today I am here to participate in a great contest that's why I am madam aaliarubab I would like to thank you and may more such healthy competitions be brought to us.

Such healthy contests are necessary for us because through such contests we can mention our healthy lifestyle rules and see others' healthy lifestyles which is very necessary for us. Let's start.

MORNING

First thing in the morning when I wake up I soak a glass of chia seeds in lukewarm water one spoon of chia seeds is very beneficial for our body and it is necessary to keep our body healthy we all should have this kind of diet we should drink it in empty stomach after waking up in the morning.

I made bread and gave it along with it I made a great recipe with some tomato sauce and a egg which is very tasty and very good for the body because it has bread and bread has enough fibre and minerals along with eggs we all know how good eggs are for our body. And every day we should eat one egg so this we can keep in the diet.

Desi Magur fish fulfils the needs of protein minerals and vitamins in the body of children kai fish fry we all like kai fish is very tasty a fish is very good to eat fried also at noon today I had cucumber cleans our stomach and is a very useful vegetable for digesting our food.

AFTERNOON

We all have a light snack in the afternoon or evening and if these snacks we don't eat different types of fried foods we can eat some light popcorn or something like that and different fruits then it is very beneficial for our body and this habit is for children from childhood. Should be prepared then they will also get used to eating this fruitIt is summer season in Bangladesh and this time mangoes are available in abundance today I kept some ripe sweet mangoes for an afternoon snack and these fresh mangoes were brought to my house two days ago so we all completed our afternoon snack today with mangoes.

NIGHT

I don't keep much for dinner, we all should have some small food at night, so why eat heavy food at night, the body becomes heavy, so keep light food at night. Tonight I had eggs with hot rice and scrambled eggs to complete the meal.

CONCLUSION

This is how I healthily spend my day today and I try every day to include some necessary and healthy foods in my diet so that our body can improve health and we will not suffer from any diseases if we eat healthy food we will visit our doctor less. We have to keep it in mind so we all should keep healthy food in our daily diet.
