"Week 6 : The Diary Game and Your Health
Now it's very winter time, but still, when the Fajr call is given and I don't want to lie down, I feel like getting up and offering the Fajr prayer. Then, after I provided Fajr prayer, I had some mixed fruit, which was dry fruit made with different fruits.
I agreed. I ate it, and then I had fresh water at home. Then I did some light housework, and when my son woke up, we went in the morning. Complete breakfast today.
We cooked noodles with eggs in the morning. I ate that because me and my son like noodles these days. Then we spent some light time, and then I went to the kitchen to cook the lunch.
I cooked fish today, and I had a fresh potol at home. I tried it and Potol. It is very beneficial for health, and if one wants to lose weight, then if he practices potol food regularly, his health will decrease a little. Because of that, try to keep some vegetables on the daily food list.
Then we took a bath today at noon and finished lunch, and then we got up in the afternoon and walked for a while. Then, in the evening, when Azaan came home with my son today, I fried popcorn at home and gave it to him.
A bowl of popcorn is much better than eating fried stuff.
It is perfect for the body. It reduces gas and clears the stomach very well, so when my son and I are eating and I have a cup of tea, I always prefer to have tea without sugar and milk, and I think it is perfect for my health. I gave my son some fruits, apples, and dates today, and I always have oranges.
I gave oranges to my son, and I also ate oranges. My son injured his leg while playing, so I was giving him moov to portion, and currently,
no one in our house is on any medicine or medication. After that, we watched TV for leisure, and I watched a movie on TV. Then it was time for our dinner, and we tried to sleep at night after having some light food. We should sleep early at night and wake up early in the day because it is perfect for our health.
Beneficial sleep acts as a medicine for the body, so we should get enough sleep regularly so that our body and mind work well and motivate us towards our work.
