First, I wake up in the morning, and as usual, I start my day with namaz, then I drink a glass of lukewarm water with a lemon juice dab or honey mixed in lukewarm water,
then I prepare breakfast, and today I have naan for breakfast. Bread and cooked n,ihari because cow nihari contains a high amount of calcium and this ca,lcium is very useful for our body and for our bone formation
so I like it very much and today I completed my breakfast with it Then I am not ready for lunch today. I made a recipe with fish fry, gourd greens, and potatoes. I try to include vegetables in my diet almost every day because vegetables are very beneficial for our body, and today I have a cucumber.
At noon, I completed my walk outside for some time in the afternoon. After we came home in the evening, I let my son eat nuts, and I had a cup of coffee, as coffee makes my body feel very strong, which I like very much.
Then my husband bought oranges from the market today. It is because eating oranges during the winter is very beneficial for the cold.
Eating oranges is very beneficial in any season because they contain vitamin C, so I made my son eat oranges regularly, and in winter I give one orange every day, and then I kept eggs for dinner today. I fried eggs and gave them to everyone at night.
And after finishing dinner, after the completion of dinner, I gave my son a glass of milk, as milk is also rich in calcium and vitamins, so I gave him milk every day, after which I put him to sleep, and I also prepared for sleep.

I always like to stay on schedule so I don't get sick too much, but now that the season is changing, I've got a bit of a cold, so I'm now on bask syrup,
which is used for cough. I think it's better for me, and I don't have any other medicine. I don't need or have any medicine in my daily routine.

The water I always use is Mom's drinking water because this water seems so fresh and pure to me;

The exercise you did
I do all the household chores throughout the day so I think half of my exercise is done so I don't need to go to the gym but after waking up in the morning, I try to do free-hand exercises at home for half an hour

I always give importance to nighttime sleep to relax myself. I try to get eight hours of sleep at night. It keeps me fresh and tidy.
